My garage door broke and I scheduled with Norman’s Overhead Doors to repair my garage door. Jerame and Deven arrived and after looking at the door they suggested to change the door due to wood rot. They then showed/explained to me that wood rot was the root of the door problem. They changed the door, hauled the old door away, explained how to use my new door, and they cleaned up their rubbish. Although that is expected by every company, it was their customer service and knowledge that made my experience amazing and they went over and beyond. I was trapped when the spring broke and in a bind to get out to work. Arrived in great time and explained other options to maintain my door for a longer, better performing life!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My Mom's old garage door opener needed to be replaced. I talked to VAL around 10:00 AM, and JERAME showed up around 1:30 to begin the job. He was finished by 4:00 ....... New opener motor unit, new rail, new inside and outside switches, new safety lasers. The work was professional ..... very clean and tidy. I have used Norman's several times for repair, and will continue to use them in the future.
